Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No, we offer a flexible one-month rolling contract, allowing you to store with us for as long as you need.

Can I access my unit at any time?

Our standard access hours are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. If you require occasional access outside these hours, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What are your operating hours?

Our business hours are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, the minimum rental period is 28 days.

Are there any discounts or promotions available?

Yes, we offer 50% off your first month for new customers.

How do I reserve a unit?

You can reserve a unit by completing the form on our pricing page. Once submitted, you will receive an email with your contract, insurance details and direct debit setup. You can also visit us in person or call 01425 529 332 to make a reservation.

Do I need insurance for my stored items?

Yes. You can provide your own insurance (proof required before move-in) or opt for our easy-to-set-up coverage at £1.25 per week per £1,000 of contents.

What items are prohibited in storage units?

The following items cannot be stored so that we can guarantee that your belongings
are safe:

  • Flammable substances (e.g., petrol, paint, gas, cleaning solvents)
  • Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition
  • Chemicals, toxic waste, asbestos or hazardous materials
  • Perishable goods unless securely packed
  • Living creatures
  • Items that emit fumes or strong odours
  • Illegal or counterfeit goods
  • Environmentally harmful materials

How do I pay for my storage unit?

Your initial payment is due before your move-in date. Payments are then collected via direct debit every 28 days to ensure you are in full control of your payments.

Can I change unit sizes if my storage needs change?

Yes, subject to availability. Existing customers receive priority when upgrading to a larger unit.

What if I forget my access code or key?

We can regenerate access codes upon request. If you lose your fob, your deposit will be applied towards deactivating the lost one and securing a replacement. You can obtain a new fob with a fresh deposit at any time, providing uninterrupted access to your unit.

Do you offer moving supplies?

Yes, we offer boxes, tape and racking for purchase. Pallet trucks are free and always available to our customers.
